4. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and KYC Compliance

As a professional tax and consulting firm, we are legally bound by the UK Money Laundering Regulations.

Suspension: Failure to provide requested documentation within our deadlines will result in immediate termination of services without a refund.

Identity Verification: You must provide valid identification and proof of address for all directors and significant shareholders.

5. Orders and Contract Formation

De-registration: If subscription fees are not paid, we reserve the right to de-register your company from our address and notify Companies House of your home address for service.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Administrative Fees: We may deduct reasonable costs for preparatory work undertaken before a cancellation request is processed.

9. Limitation of Liability
